Semsettin worked on getting LDC’s on a couple of properties . I found the quality of the service to be excellent in all respects and was particularly helpful in giving advice on related aspects which was over and beyond the original remit. As well as traditional planning drawings, Semsettin’s stunning 3D full colour designs allow a vision of the proposal that draws you in and lets you see how the space will work – and to imagine living there.
